Sales Specialist – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Sidi Gaber branch in Alexandria. You will be the front‑line representative who promotes our product range, ensures accurate pricing information and supports customers throughout their purchase journey. You will work closely with the branch supervisor to drive sales targets and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote in‑store products and assist customers to meet their needs.
• Update price tags and specification cards to keep product knowledge current.
• Replace items with manufacturing defects to maintain service quality.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the branch supervisor on promotional offers and latest pricing.
• Notify the supervisor of required stock orders from the warehouse to guarantee product availability.
• Ensure product displays are tidy and attractive.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (mid‑level).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good command of English.
• Age between 22 and 28 years.
• Male or female.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
