Sales Specialist – Web Design Solutions

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site in Giza, promoting 3Hand Design & Marketing Solutions’ custom website and digital marketing services. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture new business leads through outreach and networking.
• Present the company’s web design and marketing solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM and report on pipeline status.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Proven experience in sales or sales management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to demonstrate services clearly, explaining features and benefits to clients.
• Experience in digital marketing, web design or related services is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an on‑site, client‑facing environment in Giza.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing the sales pipeline.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
