About the role

Afaaq Developments is looking for a dynamic Sales Teamleader to drive its real‑estate sales force in New Cairo. You will lead a team of sales professionals, shape strategy, and ensure the achievement of ambitious targets in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, coach and manage a team of sales agents, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
• Monitor and drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and identify training needs.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and industry best practices.
