Salesforce Administrator

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator in New Cairo. The administrator manages and optimizes Salesforce systems to support business operations, configures applications, ensures data integrity and provides technical support to users while working with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce systems.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
• Develop and implement Salesforce workflows, reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

Required profile

• 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading initiatives, influencing stakeholders, mentoring users or team members and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce workflows, reports and dashboards.
