SAP Ariba Sourcing Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a hands‑on SAP Ariba Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing events and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement modules as part of a major transformation initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and execute RFP/RFQ events in SAP Ariba Sourcing, including supplier engagement and bid evaluation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate sourcing requirements and optimise procurement workflows.
• Develop and test sourcing templates, scoring models and approval workflows.
• Integrate sourcing data with SAP S/4HANA for accurate financial and procurement reporting.
• Support data migration, user training, and role‑based access setup.
• Troubleshoot system or process issues and escalate critical defects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of sourcing processes and supplier communications.
• Promote best practices and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, workshops and governance meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of procurement and sourcing experience, with at least 5 years of hands‑on SAP Ariba Sourcing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end RFP/RFQ events.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Materials Management modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, IT or related field; advanced degree or SAP Ariba certifications preferred.
