SAP EWM Manager – Lead Warehouse Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Manager to lead complex warehouse management projects and drive digital transformation across our global supply‑chain operations. The role combines deep functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management with strong stakeholder engagement and solution architecture skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM implementations, upgrades and support initiatives.
• Define solution architecture and oversee integration with SAP MM, SD, TM, PP and external systems.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational challenges into SAP EWM solutions.
• Drive process improvements in inbound/outbound logistics, inventory, labor management and RF/mobile integration.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and ensure delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions and fit‑gap analyses for global warehouse operations.
• Oversee testing, training, change management and post‑go‑live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and build internal EWM capability.
• Stay current with SAP innovations such as S/4HANA Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience, including at least two full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Experience with RF integration, warehouse automation and labor management.
• Proven leadership in managing SAP projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Embedded EWM and Decentralized EWM architectures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in global delivery models and multicultural environments.
