SAP Logistics Retail Consultant (Merchandising) – Remote in Uzbekistan

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead SAP Logistics Retail Consultant with deep expertise in Merchandising Management to drive a high‑visibility transformation of our SAP landscape. The role is fully remote within Uzbekistan, offering the flexibility to work from home or our modern office in Tashkent while contributing to a global initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a zero‑downtime transition of SAP Retail Merchandising Management to the new team.
• Lead knowledge‑transfer sessions covering business processes, configurations, and custom code.
• Validate the system in lower environments and update SOPs and runbooks.
• Resolve complex incidents, manage escalations, and maintain operational continuity.
• Provide shadowing and reverse‑shadowing support during the transition phase.
• Support post‑transition activities, including continuous improvement and process optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years as an SAP Retail Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Logistics, Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
