Scrum Master

About the role

The Scrum Master will lead the PMO team in New Cairo, driving agile adoption and continuous improvement. You will create a collaborative environment that empowers teams to deliver high‑quality value consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile implementations, ensuring SAFe and Scrum principles are applied correctly.
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile practices.
• Organise and run Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Resolve conflicts and remove impediments to maintain steady progress.
• Promote transparency between development teams and product owners to align priorities.
• Drive the use of Agile metrics and reporting for data‑driven decision making.
• Identify and implement process improvements, measuring their impact on productivity.
• Engage vendors effectively and collaborate with the Team Product Manager on RFPs and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; CSM, SAFe or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and shield teams from distractions.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).
• High emotional intelligence and change‑management skills.
