Scrum Master

About the role

The Scrum Master will guide one or more development teams through Agile Scrum processes, ensuring they deliver high‑quality products on schedule. Acting as a coach and facilitator, the role promotes self‑organization, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration between developers, stakeholders, and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Identify and remove blockers or impediments that hinder team productivity.
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles, helping them become self‑organizing and cross‑functional.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint goal definition.
• Track sprint progress, surface risks early, and maintain transparency across the organization.
• Protect the team from distractions, scope creep, and unnecessary interruptions.
• Promote Agile adoption and a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven capability to coach and mentor teams.
• Effective problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organizational and leadership strengths to guide teams toward success.
