About the role

The Security & Safety Associate supports daily security operations within a corporate environment. This entry‑level position focuses on CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems to provide real‑time surveillance of critical areas.
• Prepare daily CCTV monitoring reports and promptly flag suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular floor security checks and document any irregularities.
• Manage access‑card processes in line with company policies.
• Assist in incident reporting, follow‑up actions, and maintain logbooks.
• Audit inventory for stores and perform random audits of security personnel.
• Support employees, visitors, and contractors according to PwC security guidelines.
• Conduct safety inspections, support emergency procedures, and maintain safety logs.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree (security or safety background preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in security and safety operations.
• Physically fit and able to patrol premises.
• High level of alertness, responsibility, and integrity.
• Eager to learn and accept feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of security systems, including CCTV monitoring.
• Good verbal and written communication for reporting.
