About the role
We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce company seeking a motivated Seller Operations Officer to join our on‑site team in 6th of October. You will play a key role in supporting sellers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage seller inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor product listings, inventory levels, and order fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve seller experience and platform performance.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new sellers and providing training on platform policies.
Required profile
- Previous experience in e‑commerce, operations, or seller support.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
