About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Semi Senior .NET Developer to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will work on complex applications, improve performance, and integrate with a variety of APIs and services while collaborating with top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated .NET applications.
• Lead small project teams or modules, guiding junior developers.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Stay current with advanced .NET features and mentor teammates.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with .NET.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs and Web Services.
• Solid understanding of database technologies.
• Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Experience writing unit tests and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
