Senior Account Manager

About the role

evyX is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its on‑site team in Nasr City. You will act as the main liaison for key client accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account plans that align with client business objectives.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor performance against targets, prepare proposals, reports, and insights for clients.
• Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain accurate account records.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze client data, track performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nasr City and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
