Join Innovo Group as a key member of our finance team. As a dedicated Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing our financial health, ensuring precision in all accounting transactions, and providing critical cost control support for our large-scale construction projects.

Missions principales

• Manage full-cycle financial accounting and reporting in compliance with industry standards.
• Execute rigorous project cost control and specialized construction accounting to ensure project profitability.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with high accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow and manage treasury activities to support operational needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with accounting regulations, internal policies, and prepare for external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and provide mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost management and project-based accounting.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail in managing complex financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and mentor junior colleagues.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel capabilities.
