Senior ACM Operationist – Agency & Community Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior ACM Operationist to drive agency and community growth within our live‑streaming platform. You will act as the main liaison between agencies, hosts, and key users, ensuring smooth operations and a thriving ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, hosts, and key users.
• Recruit, onboard, and support new hosts and agencies to expand platform presence.
• Identify and attract new users, hosts, and agencies to accelerate growth.
• Provide communication support for guilds and streamers, handling emergencies calmly.
• Monitor agency and host performance against KPIs and generate performance reports.
• Organize online events, campaigns, and community activities.
• Deliver training, guidance, and operational support to improve engagement and retention.
• Analyze data to offer insights and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in ACM, user operations, community or agency management.
• Background in live streaming, voice rooms, social apps, gaming, or creator platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in user acquisition, host recruitment, or agency hunting.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
