Senior Architectural Designer

About the role

MYS Design Haus is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to join its New Cairo office. You will lead the design development of architectural projects from concept through construction documentation, ensuring design intent is maintained at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine design concepts and detailed drawings for mid‑ to large‑scale projects.
• Coordinate with interior design, engineering, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Review construction documents, participate in client and stakeholder meetings, and resolve technical issues.
• Support junior team members through guidance, feedback, and design reviews.
• Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with local building codes.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture with experience leading design packages for medium to large projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while preserving design quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in construction drawings, technical detailing, and visualization.
• Knowledge of urban planning principles and local building codes, especially in New Cairo.
