Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer

About the Position

Join UEC, a leading architecture and engineering consultancy renowned for delivering high-quality design and construction services for large-scale projects. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architecture Technical Office Engineer to drive technical excellence and ensure the seamless execution of our prestigious projects across Egypt and the MENA region.

Main Missions

• Manage and review comprehensive architectural shop drawings and execution plans to ensure precision and quality.
• Lead technical coordination between architecture and various engineering disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.) to prevent onsite conflicts.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and oversee meticulous quantity surveying (take-off) processes.
• Ensure all technical documentation and drawings strictly comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the technical office team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor technical progress and provide solutions to complex architectural engineering challenges.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Office Engineer specifically within the architectural field.
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale construction projects and complex technical documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing technical teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality engineering standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
