Senior Associate Atlassian Developer & Support

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate Atlassian Developer with four years of experience in application support. You will automate and integrate Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence while providing robust Level 3 support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation and integration solutions for Atlassian tools.
• Manage Jira projects and Confluence spaces on both Cloud and self‑hosted environments.
• Create and maintain Power BI data models and reports, integrating them with Atlassian products.
• Write custom scripts and automate workflows using ScriptRunner for Jira.
• Configure Tempo Timesheets, Planner and Budgets, and build custom dashboards.
• Handle daily tickets, create new Jira projects, workflows, custom fields and Confluence spaces for Level 3 support.
• Collaborate with support engineers, developers, architects and project managers across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience automating, integrating and supporting Atlassian products.
• Familiarity with application‑support tools, IT service management and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, ScriptRunner and Tempo.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
