Senior Associate – Capital Raising

About the role

Divocate is seeking a remote Senior Associate to partner directly with founders and executive teams on capital‑raise initiatives. You will craft investor‑grade business plans, narratives, and pitch decks while shaping and stress‑testing financial models for live client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business plans, pitch decks, and investor narratives for active fundraising projects.
• Build and validate detailed financial models, ensuring assumptions are realistic and defensible.
• Lead client calls independently, presenting materials and answering technical questions.
• Coordinate with internal financial‑modeling and design specialists to integrate their work into final deliverables.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, delivering high‑quality outputs on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fundraising – former founder, VC/IB/PE professional, or fundraising/strategy consultant.
• Ability to structure and defend complex financial models.
• Comfortable running client calls and handling technical Q&A without supervision.
• Self‑directed, strong written communication, and capable of working fully remote.
• Arabic language skills are a plus given Divocate’s MENA client base.
