Senior Associate – Litigation & Arbitration

About the role

Al Adly & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead complex litigation and international arbitration matters across the MENA region. You will craft high‑stakes pleadings in both Arabic and English, advise corporate clients on risk mitigation, and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end litigation and arbitration cases, from case inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, statements of claim and defence submissions in Arabic and English.
• Provide strategic, metric‑driven legal counsel to corporate clients on dispute management and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop junior associates, ensuring high standards of legal craftsmanship.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in litigation and/or international arbitration, including case management and drafting of pleadings.
• Background in corporate and commercial law, preferably with exposure to M&A, regulatory advisory, and cross‑border transactions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and research abilities, with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
