Senior Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join PwC’s SAP Cloud practice in Cairo. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects and helping clients maximise the value of their SAP investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support full‑cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations, including employee data, workflows, business rules and organizational structures.
• Conduct system testing, data validation and deliver user training.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, continuous improvement recommendations and ensure data privacy and security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Payroll, Time Management and IT.

Required profile

• Minimum of two full‑lifecycle Employee Central implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
