Senior BO RAN Engineer – Nokia Vendor Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior BO RAN Engineer with deep expertise in Nokia's AirScale and Flexi platforms. The role focuses on Tier‑2/3 remote troubleshooting, network stability, and operational excellence within a back‑office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Tier‑2/3 escalations and conduct root‑cause analysis on chronic drops, outages, and signaling failures.
• Execute mass parameter updates, script‑based re‑homing, and frequency refarming across the network.
• Perform Layer‑3 and call‑flow analysis using Nokia trace tools.
• Plan and carry out software upgrades, patches, and feature activations on AirScale/Flexi hardware during maintenance windows.
• Author Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and monitor KPI accessibility and retainability.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of back‑office (BO) experience exclusively with Nokia RAN equipment.
• Proven track record in a NOC or BO environment handling complex network issues.

Required skills

• Expert use of Nokia NetAct and CLI/MML command interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of AirScale BBU/RRU and Flexi hardware.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, or UNIX scripting for automation.
• Experience with mass parameter updates, script‑based re‑homing, and frequency refarming.
