About the role
We are seeking a Senior BPM Developer with deep expertise in Camunda to join our engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions that power critical functions of our digital banking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement BPMN‑based workflows using Camunda BPM.
- Integrate Camunda processes with core banking systems, micro‑services, and external APIs.
- Develop custom services and logic in Java and Spring Boot.
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to translate business needs into automated processes.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and document workflow execution and system performance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Camunda BPM.
- Proven experience integrating BPM solutions with enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
