Senior Business Analyst – ETIC

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its ETIC team in Cairo. You will work at the intersection of business, user experience and technology, helping design, develop and manage commercial and internal software products throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document functional and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and meetings with business and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into scalable, user‑focused solutions and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Create business documentation, process maps, user stories, journey maps and presentations.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools to improve delivery quality, efficiency and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting/product role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
