Senior Business Analyst – PMIS (ETIC)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the design, configuration and deployment of enterprise Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for large‑scale capital and infrastructure projects. The role bridges project controls, PMO governance and digital platforms to ensure accurate cost, schedule, risk and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, producing BRDs, user stories and process maps.
• Configure and customise PMIS platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, Aconex and CostOS.
• Design workflows, cost templates, approval structures and data governance frameworks.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and oversee data migration, validation and quality assurance.
• Develop test scenarios, lead UAT, manage defect tracking and support go‑live activities.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI or native PMIS tools for executive and operational reporting.
• Facilitate workshops, act as liaison between business users, IT teams and external vendors, and provide advisory support on PMIS best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• 5+ years experience in PMIS, project controls or capital project digital transformation.
• Proven experience with Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, change management, contracts and risk processes.
• Experience integrating PMIS with ERP and enterprise reporting environments.
