Senior Business Development

About the role

The Senior Business Development professional will drive growth for 4Level1 by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the organisation's presence in key markets. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Qesm El Maadi and works closely with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the education sector.
• Generate, qualify, and manage a pipeline of leads, converting prospects into long‑term partners.
• Present tailored language‑training solutions to institutions and individual learners.
• Negotiate agreements and support long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure product‑market fit.
• Track performance metrics, provide sales forecasts, and contribute to business‑growth strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven lead‑generation and pipeline‑management experience.
• Solid market‑research capabilities in education or related sectors.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in education, training, or services.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Comfort with CRM tools, productivity software, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong command of English; additional Middle‑East language skills are beneficial.
