Senior Channel Marketing Specialist

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist to lead the EcoXpert ecosystem and key Digital Energy partners in Cairo. You will shape and execute channel marketing strategies that drive partner recruitment, engagement, demand generation, and business growth across our Digital Energy portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual EcoXpert channel growth strategy aligned with Digital Energy objectives.
• Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, certification, and specialization initiatives.
• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns, webinars, roadshows, and digital events to promote Digital Energy solutions.
• Create marketing assets, success stories, and sales enablement materials for partners.
• Build and deliver partner enablement programs, training sessions, and solution workshops.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to provide tools that increase partner success.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for EcoXpert partners, managing relationships with system integrators, consultants, and industry influencers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or partner marketing, preferably within the energy or technology sector.
• Strong track record of driving partner recruitment, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product, and operations.
• Ability to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing programs.
