Senior Consultant Real Estate

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a Senior Consultant Real Estate to join its Cairo office. The role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property options, leveraging market data, developer relationships, and the company’s technology tools to support informed decisions. You will manage client portfolios, conduct property tours, and guide the full transaction cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property options using market data and RED’s technology platforms.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, conduct property tours, and prepare proposals and investment analyses.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Mentor junior consultants, lead training sessions, and contribute insights to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in residential and commercial real estate markets.
• Proven sales track record with pipeline management and target achievement.
• Advanced negotiation skills and experience in training or coaching junior staff.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic, strong analytical abilities, and high integrity.
