Senior Content Strategist & Creator

About the role

We are hiring a senior, strategy‑led content professional to own what DB Investing says across every channel — and to produce it. This is not an execution‑only role; you will set the content direction for social media, the website, email, video and all digital channels, then write and build to that direction yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content strategy across social media, website, blog, email, video and product communications, aligning it with acquisition, activation and retention goals.
• Build and maintain the editorial calendar and personally produce high‑value assets such as landing pages, product pages, campaign copy, long‑form education, video scripts and email sequences.
• Translate complex trading and platform topics (MT5 execution, spreads, instruments, account types, partner programs) into clear, accurate copy for new traders.
• Set and police the brand voice and terminology, reviewing work from junior staff, agencies and freelancers.
• Ensure all copy complies with regulatory boundaries and passes compliance review efficiently.
• Partner with design, performance‑marketing and SEO teams to brief, optimise and measure content performance.
• Localise core messaging for priority markets, including MENA and LATAM audiences.
• Report on organic growth, engagement quality and content‑assisted conversion, reallocating effort based on data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in content strategy and creation, with at least 2 continuous years in fintech or regulated financial services (forex/CFD preferred).
• Demonstrable ownership of content strategy and hands‑on production, supported by a portfolio of published work.
• Proven ability to write marketing copy that passes compliance or legal review in a regulated environment.
• Fluent professional English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, setting direction and meeting deadlines without line‑by‑line management.
• Experience writing for Meta Trader 5 products, IB/partner programs or trading education.
• Video‑scripting experience across 2D animation, whiteboard, voice‑over and short‑form social formats.
• Experience managing external writers, translators or agencies.
