About the role
Camunda is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers in France. You will help clients align Camunda’s AI‑orchestration platform with their business goals, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes and derive maximum value from their investment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Design and execute customer success plans that define KPIs, adoption milestones, and critical success factors.
- Champion customer‑centricity within Camunda to improve retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to resolve issues, shape product roadmap, and create best‑practice programs.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within enterprise software.
- Proven track record of driving both gross and net revenue retention through value‑based engagement.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence buying decisions and account growth.
- Willingness and ability to use Camunda’s platform effectively.
