About the role
The Senior Cyber Security Administrator will protect Chemipharm’s information systems, networks, and data assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cybersecurity controls, monitoring threats, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection).
- Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, investigate incidents, and lead remediation efforts.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis; manage patching and hardening programs.
- Develop, enforce, and update security policies, standards, and procedures in line with best practices and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Manage user access control, identity, and privilege management and deliver security awareness training to staff.
Required profile
- BSc in computer science or a related field.
- 4–7 years proven experience in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of system security techniques.
- Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Team management abilities.
