Senior Data Scientist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions across 29 markets. You will translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable data products that drive commercial effectiveness and route‑to‑market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problems and uncover data‑driven opportunities.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of machine‑learning and statistical models, from problem framing to production deployment and continuous improvement.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept solutions and ensure they scale across multiple markets.
• Work closely with data engineers and cross‑functional teams to build robust, production‑ready pipelines.
• Identify and propose new data initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Contribute to building a high‑performing data‑science team, mentoring junior scientists and establishing best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑grade solutions end‑to‑end.
• Experience leading projects in a multi‑market, Agile/SAFe environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
