Senior Delivery Manager, Conversational AI

About the role

Foundever is building a pioneering Digital Services organization and seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of chatbot and voice‑bot solutions for enterprise clients. You will oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensure financial governance, and drive continuous improvement across the Conversational AI practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Managers, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Allocate resources, manage capacity, and align Delivery Managers with project priorities.
• Review and approve project plans, timelines, effort estimates, Statements of Work, change requests, and key deliverables.
• Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance through dashboards and governance processes.
• Standardize delivery processes, create templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve consistency.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in strategic client meetings, support escalations, and manage financial aspects such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading delivery teams in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of Conversational AI technologies, including chatbots and voicebots.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, engineering, AI, design, finance, and legal functions.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
