Senior Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Development Manager to lead the planning, design and execution of multiple real‑estate development projects in New Cairo. The role ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards while supporting the company’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, market analysis and financial modeling, define project scope, objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end project lifecycle from concept through handover, managing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws and environmental regulations.
• Direct architects, engineers and consultants, approve design concepts and master plans, and drive value‑engineering initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with investors, clients, government bodies and suppliers, and lead negotiations with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor project costs, contracts and timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and prepare financial and progress reports for senior management.
• Mentor junior development managers, engineers and coordinators, fostering collaboration across development, design and construction teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction management.
• 10+ years of experience in real‑estate development, including large‑scale residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes and project‑management principles.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
