Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing initiatives for real‑estate properties and projects. You will design and execute SEO, social media, and PPC campaigns that drive qualified traffic and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage link‑building, content‑marketing, and social‑media strategies specific to the real‑estate sector.
• Plan and optimise SEO, PPC and paid‑social campaigns to increase visibility of properties.
• Create compelling online assets such as property descriptions, virtual tours, videos, graphics and blog posts.
• Analyse performance data with Google Analytics, Google Ads and other tools to refine tactics.
• Forecast campaign ROI, oversee email and social initiatives, and nurture leads.
• Coordinate with external vendors (designers, videographers) to produce high‑quality content.
• Lead project timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure delivery within budget.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep campaigns competitive.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of digital‑marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Real‑estate experience is mandatory.
