Senior Digital Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Digital Media Specialist to shape and execute our social media strategy, engage targeted virtual communities, and amplify our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy based on competitive research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Create, edit, publish, and share daily original content (text, images, video, HTML) that fosters meaningful connections and drives community action.
• Set up and optimize social media pages to maximize visibility of company content.
• Moderate user‑generated content in line with community policies.
• Maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
• Capture and analyze social metrics, derive insights, and apply best practices for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with customer relations, sales, and other departments to manage reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with social networking platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of web design, web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO.
• Positive attitude, detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
