Senior E-commerce Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are a fast‑growing modest fashion brand seeking a Senior E‑commerce Operations Supervisor to lead our online operations team in Cairo. The role focuses on end‑to‑end order fulfillment, shipping coordination, inventory accuracy and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the E‑commerce Operations team to meet daily fulfillment and shipping targets.
• Supervise order processing, coordinate with shipping partners and couriers, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and manage product returns while communicating feedback to relevant departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Receive cash collections from shipping companies and reconcile them with delivered orders.
• Oversee receiving, inspection and quality checks of online inventory, conduct periodic inventory counts and report low‑stock fast‑moving items.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance fulfillment speed and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations, fulfillment, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing a small operations team.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
