Trade Execution Coordinator

About the role

The Trade Execution Coordinator will monitor and follow up on new sales orders, ensure timely execution, and manage all related documentation and communications with buyers, banks, customs authorities, and maritime agents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor new sales orders and update tracking books for efficient execution.
• Issue proforma invoices and verify banking instructions for document presentation.
• Manage boat accounts, record sales and price differences in AS400, and coordinate with banks for document presentation.
• Handle NAFEZA system procedures for Egyptian customs clearance, ensuring compliance and deadlines.
• Coordinate with maritime agents to arrange berthing and discharge plans and provide required documents.
• Support buyers with banks, NAFEZA, CargoX, and general customs formalities, and upload shipping documents to the CargoX platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience, preferably in the banking sector or similar companies.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with MS Office.
