Senior Executive, Transport Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead our Transport Services in Cairo. The role requires 4+ years of experience in transport operations, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage both people and processes in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Route and optimise trips, monitor OTA and OTD performance.
• Ensure timely closure of complaints and escalations.
• Communicate with employees and team leads, providing feedback and updates.
• Oversee compliance management for vendor, driver, and vehicle documentation.
• Drive cost‑control initiatives and continuous efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate regular meetings with Operations to boost CSAT scores.
• Participate in enhancements of the Fleet Star transport software and mobile app.
• Contribute to budget forecasting and manage internal & external audits.
• Meet quality timelines and improve customer satisfaction through ESAT scores.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work in 24 × 7 shifts.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in transport operations, preferably within large organisations (1500+ employees).
• Background in BPO/KPO environments and transport routing in Cairo.
• Experience in rostering, compliance management, vendor management, invoice processing and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
