Senior Foreign Procurement & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Foreign Procurement & Logistics Specialist to lead end‑to‑end international purchasing and shipment coordination. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods while complying with global trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select international vendors, negotiate contracts and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate freight forwarding, customs clearance, insurance and last‑mile delivery for overseas shipments.
• Track shipments, provide status updates to stakeholders and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, customs documents and shipment tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to source new suppliers and stay informed on pricing trends.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings and logistics KPIs.
• Support sustainability initiatives by integrating environmental and social considerations into procurement practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in international procurement and logistics, preferably in telecom or technology.
• Fluency in English and strong negotiation abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or similar are advantageous.
