Senior FP&A Specialist - Supply Chain Finance

About the role

Limitless Naturals, a fast-growing wellness brand founded in 2020 and based in Egypt, is looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist. The role partners with supply chain leadership to provide financial insights on procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution, and to build and maintain supply chain financial models.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain leadership to provide financial insights on procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution.
• Develop and maintain supply chain financial models, including cost-to-serve, working capital and efficiency metrics.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for supply chain operations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve margins through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Enhance reporting processes and dashboards to improve visibility of supply chain KPIs.
• Work with operations, procurement and commercial teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• 5-7 years of FP&A experience, with at least 3 years focused on supply chain or operations finance.
• Excellent communication skills to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
