Dwelleo, an AI‑powered real‑estate marketplace, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Art Director to shape the visual direction of its brand. This part‑time, remote position blends creative leadership with hands‑on design, supporting marketing campaigns, product communication, and platform growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and safeguard Dwelleo’s visual identity across all channels.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Ensure visual consistency on social media, advertising, website content, and marketing materials.
• Create digital marketing assets for social platforms, paid ads, and property‑listing promotions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriters, and motion‑graphics designers to deliver cohesive visual outputs.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in graphic design and art direction, preferably within technology‑driven or marketplace environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, brand development, and digital marketing design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
