Senior Hiring & Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Innovvette for Education is seeking a Senior Hiring & Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. You will shape recruitment strategies, manage the full hiring cycle, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment management strategies aligned with market dynamics and business objectives.
• Create a Hiring Action Plan to maintain a continuous supply of qualified candidates.
• Assist the HR Manager in updating HR policies, salary scales, and work‑environment initiatives.
• Design internal recruitment and promotion plans based on skill assessments and performance appraisals.
• Build external recruitment pipelines through partnerships with universities, companies, and workforce agencies.
• Manage recruitment budgets, evaluate sourcing costs, and optimize spend per hire.
• Lead the selection process, including screening, interviews, psychometric testing, and group activities.
• Train staff on interviewing techniques and oversee reference checks, job offers, and contract documentation.
• Develop and deliver employee induction and orientation programs within the first week of employment.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, compensation structures, and budgeting.
