Senior HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to lead the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee relations for both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions in our manufacturing environment. You will ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and support our workforce through effective HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Conduct onboarding, orientation, and preparation of employment contracts.
• Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, and employee database.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Coordinate training programs, development initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Produce HR reports on turnover, headcount, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with department managers on manpower planning and hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, personnel administration, and employee relations.
• Very good command of English and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
