About the role
We are looking for a Senior HR Payroll Specialist to join SPEED SC & Logistics in Smouha, Alexandria. The role is responsible for the complete payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Process end‑to‑end monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, commissions, deductions and final settlements.
- Maintain compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance and tax requirements.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports and provide accurate HR data to management.
- Coordinate with the Finance department for salary transfers and reconciliations.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- HR Diploma preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Familiarity with Oracle systems.
