Senior Human Resources Operations

About the role

Americana Restaurants is seeking a Senior Human Resources Operations professional to support the implementation of its HR strategy across the MENA region. The role will focus on enhancing organizational capability, employee performance, and engagement within a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the HR strategy to improve capability, performance and engagement.
• Assist in executing HR operational plans that promote a high‑performance culture.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies.
• Coordinate disciplinary investigations and employee‑relations matters with Shared Services and Internal Audit.
• Prepare and monitor the annual workforce plan, tracking manpower needs and headcount reports.
• Drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and collect onboarding feedback.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection for operational positions (e.g., SSV, ARM, RGM).
• Support managers in aligning employee KPIs with departmental objectives.
• Manage the Mid‑Year Review, Year‑End Review and Organizational People Review processes.
• Monitor and analyze monthly TPLH performance and prepare trend reports.
• Track employee turnover, providing insights to support retention.
• Implement Recognition & Rewards activities and organize employee roundtables and engagement surveys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• HR certification or diploma is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Knowledge of compensation, benefits and labor regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor performance metrics and turnover.
• Proven ability to support performance management and KPI alignment.
• Experience driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
