Senior Information Technology Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Specialist to provide first‑ and second‑line support for factory systems, manage core IT infrastructure, and ensure security and compliance across our manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first and second line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in a factory setting.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, servers, network services, user accounts, access controls, and shared resources.
• Deploy, monitor, and update endpoints while maintaining IT security and compliance standards.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise the performance, availability, and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Support factory automation, OT/IT environments, and industrial technologies.
• Lead infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology roll‑outs.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.
• Create and update technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge‑sharing materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with local and regional IT teams.
