Senior Internal Audit Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Internal Audit Supervisor to lead audit activities within our finance team. The role involves evaluating control systems, conducting compliance testing, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate internal audit procedures and supporting documentation to assess control effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct audits and compliance testing to verify operational efficiency and recommend enhancements to existing controls.
• Document audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable corrective and preventive recommendations.
• Analyze financial data to detect irregularities or patterns that may indicate fraud or misconduct.
• Prepare and present audit reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory standards, especially those issued by the Central Bank of Egypt, ensuring organizational compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably within the fintech sector.
• Prior experience working in an audit firm is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proven discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial data clearly.
• Exceptional project and time‑management capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
