Senior IT Administrator – System & Infrastructure

About the role

Cornerstone Development is looking for a Senior IT Administrator to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure across its real‑estate operations. The role ensures system stability, security and performance while providing day‑to‑day technical support to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning and licensing.
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware) and cloud resources in Microsoft Azure.
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster‑recovery solutions (Veeam, other tools).
• Configure and support network devices, firewalls (Sophos/FortiGate) and VoIP systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues for end‑users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IT projects and security initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
