Presales Specialist – Egypt

About the role

The Presales Specialist will work on‑site in Egypt, partnering with sales and technical teams to understand client needs in hospitality, healthcare and tourism. The role focuses on translating business requirements into tailored technology solutions and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and professional presentations to prospective customers.
• Create detailed solution proposals and technical documentation aligned with client requirements.
• Respond to requests for information, proposals and technical queries.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements, answer functional and technical questions, and support the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, maintain accurate presales records and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess customer requirements and develop solution recommendations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven consulting or presales experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Egypt and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
